Stank You!

Just wanted to say stank you for all of the many birthday wishes I received today. Those of you who did not.....well. Mark your calendar for next year.
Some of my pals dropped by to tell me Happy B'Day in person. Wasn't that nice?

Okay, I actually ran across these pics from last year and just had to post them again because they make me happy. And it's my birthday and I can do whatever I want.
I'm off to eat cake that my baby made me.
Seacrest, out.

Let It Sneaux!

WTF!?!?!
As you probably know, we got snow and it was quite a shock! It lasted from around 7am to lunch time. Everyone seemed to be in a warm, fuzzy, Christmas mood until late afternoon when you could hardly tell that it had snowed AT ALL. Totally gone. But it was fun while it lasted!
Some pics.....

(our backyard plants were like, "whaaaat?")

(nice shorts and Uggs, Mr?)
(Calvin got to wear his coat)
(Brandy was happier than him)

Do You Know What It Means......

I was reading this article in the Gambit (local paper) about a TV show that was filmed in New Orleans in the late 80's. It was centered around a restaurant in the Treme area that supposedly "captured" the flavor of New Orleans perfectly. I was not familiar with it so of course I had to YouTube it. It was called "Frank's Place" and I must say, they did a pretty damn good job.

It was literally rescued from a dumpster in Hollywood and they are working to get it released on DVD maybe as a box set or something. The problem seems to be that a lot of the music and the theme song (by Louis Armstrong) would have to be purchased again for a DVD release. I would buy it.

Yeah, some of the acting is crap. But I think everyone who has ever been here can appreciate it.
